CFI/I
Alyssa Rittel
Alyssa Rittel, CFI/I, came to Alaska as a child and has embraced the Alaskan life ever since. She began dog mushing as a child and enjoys exploring trails across Alaska and the Yukon with her Alaskan Huskies. She attended UAF where she earned a degree in Fire Science and worked as a firefighter/EMT for nine years. After pursuing a dream of becoming a pilot, she quickly realized she wanted to turn her passion for aviation into a career. Alyssa describes flight instructing as incredibly rewarding and the best way to continue honing skills as a pilot. In addition to flying, Alyssa enjoys her role as a mom, loves exploring the outdoors with her family, playing the violin, and continuing to learn how to be a better gardener.

Robyn Heineken
Robyn is a CFI/I and multi-engine rated pilot and a proud fourth-generation Alaskan based in North Pole. She has gained diverse flight experience training in Idaho, Texas, Washington, and Alaska. Robyn was honored as Miss Alaska Sweetheart 2022 and Miss Women With Wings 2024. She is passionate about using aviation to serve others and hopes to become a missionary or medevac pilot supporting remote Alaskan communities. In addition to instructing at ProFlite, she volunteers with Muskox Ministries in Fairbanks and Freedom Aviation Network, a nonprofit helping transport survivors of human trafficking to safety and resources. She's also the dog mom to her sweet old boy, Lucas!
CFI/CFII
Bridget Dahmer
In 2023, after 5 years of guiding some of the biggest whitewater in North America, Bridget Dahmer decided to settle down and become a pilot. She first came up to Alaska in the summer of 2024 to work for Brooks Range Aviation, a small float plane operation in Bettles. In the subsequent fall, winter, and spring she obtained her CPL, Seaplane Rating, and CFI. Most of her training was done in the busy Phoenix airspace out of the Scottsdale airport as well as in Florida and Texas. However, flying in Alaska has a bigger draw and she is excited to be instructing for ProFlite of Alaska.

He holds a bachelor's degree in aviation and completed his flight training in the busy airspaces of Florida and California. Before becoming a flight instructor, Bradley worked as an aircraft fueler, servicing a variety of private jets and general aviation aircraft. Outside of aviation, he is an avid hockey player and enjoys coaching youth hockey players. Bradley was drawn to Alaska for its unique flying opportunities and strong sense of adventure.
